Quiz Night (By Invite Only)
A social event for members of Wincanton Choral Society, their family and friends. Members of the Friends of Wincanton Choral Society are also invited.
Our musical director, Simon Twiselton, will be quiz master for the evening.
A pate and cheese ploughmans will be provided, please bring your own drinks and glasses.
£10 per person on the door.
There is no requirement to book places in advance but you are welcome to register your interest with the society’s treasurer at rehearsals.
Winter Concert: From Noah to the Nativity
Musical Director Simon Twiselton will lead the choir and musicians in an evening of Canto and Carols. This will include a medley of Rodgers and Hammerstein Broadway hits, Joseph Horovitz’s Captain Noah and His Floating Zoo and music for the festive season.The concert takes place in Wincanton Sports Centre at King Arthur’s Community School, West Hill – so no stiletto heels, please. You are welcome to bring a cushion for extra comfort!
